The gastro-bar is more than just a venue for the working crowd, setting the stage for all who seek a balanced lifestyle. One of the most distinctive hotel bars in Singapore, Cook & Brew serves modern interpretations of classical bar favourites and local comfort food, with a meticulously-curated list of fine wines and an extensive selection of beers.

The venue's EnomaticĀ® system carefully preserves the flavours and characteristics of the wines served at Cook & Brew. Guests are offered the option of tasting wines before they decide to fill a full or half glass, made possible with the simple touch of a button. One may purchase a wine card to enjoy this experience.

PARKING: Guests who dine at Cook & Brew and spend a minimum of SGD50, valet charges will be at SGD20 nett per vehicle.
*guests will need to have their valet ticket validated in the venue as proof of dining.

Guests travelling by car may park at Asia Square Tower 1 or 2.

Aaron Foster

The Westin Singapore presents a variety of compelling epicurean experiences with four dining venues, including Seasonal Tastes, gastro-bar Cook & Brew, Lobby Lounge and Daily Treats. At is helm is Chef Aaron Foster, from Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada, who brings his love for house-made produce and his interpretation of comfort food to the table.

Chef Aaron has a wealth of culinary experience with award-winning dining establishments including Mistura Restaurant and Sopra Upper House, and during his tenure, had the opportunity to hone his skills under celebrity chef Massimo Capra. He pursued a stint at Red Sky, an urban bistro at Centara Grand in Bangkok where he also developed his affinity for Asian culture and its multifaceted cuisines and later assumed the role as Chef de Cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto's DEQ Terrace & Lounge. Most recently, Chef Aaron was the Executive Chef at LA's Italian + Bar and Estiatorio VOLOS.
